Returns, Cancellations, and Guarantee
We take pride in our work and create our jewelry with an attention to detail so that you will receive a finely crafted wearable piece of jewelry. Like all fine jewelry, your pieces should be handled carefully. With care, SanSharee Jewelry pieces will last for years. Store your silver pieces in an airtight plastic bag and clean your sterling silver using a silver polishing cloth when necessary.
We want you to be completely satisfied! After you receive your pieces in the mail, if you are not satisfied, please email us immediately. Provided the item is in its original condition and has not been worn, we will give you a full refund or exchange, less your shipping cost, upon receipt of items being returned within 14 days. Your item must be returned with receipt as proof of purchase.
If any items should break in the next 90 days, we will repair it for free.
Should an accident occur, we will charge a fee (based on time/supplies used) to repair your piece. Our ability to recreate an identical piece is dependent upon the availability of the jewelry components used.
We require a down payment of half the amount of your order which is charged at the time you confirm your order with us. We will charge the second half of the amount of your order to your charge card at the time of shipping.
If we have ordered jewelry components for your custom jewelry and/or have begun making your jewelry, you will forfeit the down payment at the time of cancellation of your order.
